Responsibilities
- Make phone calls to insurance companies, billing departments, and customer support representatives on behalf of the client
- Handle subscription cancellations and coordinate with various service platforms and vendors
- Manage email communications, correspondence, and administrative follow-ups
- Process and organize bills, insurance documents, and critical business paperwork
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and financial record maintenance (comprehensive training provided)
- Coordinate and resolve billing discrepancies and service issues across multiple platforms
- Support general administrative operations that keep the business running smoothly
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of executive assistant or administrative support experience
- Strong phone communication skills and comfort making calls to various organizations and customer service departments
- Experience working with US-based clients and solid understanding of US business practices and systems
- Highly trainable mindset and adaptability to new systems, processes, and tools
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines
- Basic computer skills, email management experience, and comfort with online platforms
- Bonus: Bookkeeping or financial administration experience
