Schedule

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Production: Create engaging, high-quality content using AI tools and modern content creation platforms.
• Asset Development: Develop marketing materials, social media content, and promotional assets as needed.
• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate on content strategy development and implementation with leadership.
• Adaptive Content: Support content creation initiatives based on evolving business requirements and specific marketing campaigns.
• Feedback Integration: Adapt your content creation approach based on training, feedback, and strategic direction from the founder.
• Digital Support: Assist with various marketing and promotional activities across multiple digital channels.
• Innovation: Stay current with emerging AI content tools and best practices in the digital marketing landscape.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with AI content creation tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, etc.).
• Strong creative abilities, professional writing skills, and a keen sense for visual content.
• Familiarity with content creation best practices and modern digital marketing trends.
• Highly trainable mindset with the ability to adapt to new tools, platforms, and processes quickly.
• Self-motivated work style with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B content, the sustainability/energy sector, or contractor marketing (Preferred).
• Background in Graphic Design or Communications (Preferred).
