Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HubSpot Technical Consultant to join our growing professional services team. This role is the technical linchpin for our client projects. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and effective HubSpot solutions.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and a hands-on implementer, with deep, proven expertise across the entire HubSpot ecosystem: Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub, and Content Hub. You will lead client-facing workshops, design technical architecture, manage data migrations, build complex automations, and ensure every implementation is a resounding success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture & Discovery:
- Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to deeply understand their business processes, challenges, and goals.
- Conduct audits of existing HubSpot portals and wider MarTech stacks to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Design and document comprehensive solution architecture and implementation plans that align with client objectives.

- Hands-on HubSpot Implementation:
- Execute end-to-end technical implementations across all HubSpot Hubs.
- Sales Hub: Configure deal pipelines, lead rotation rules, custom objects, forecasting, and advanced sales automation (sequences, workflows).
- Marketing Hub: Build complex lead nurturing workflows, segmentation lists, lead scoring models, campaign attribution reports, and preference centres.
- Service Hub: Set up ticketing pipelines, knowledge bases, customer feedback surveys (NPS, CSAT), and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Operations Hub: Master data synchronisation with third-party apps, create data quality automation, build programmable automation (e.g., custom-coded workflow actions), and manage data formatting.
- Content Hub: Assist with technical aspects of website migrations, build custom modules, and implement dynamic content and smart rules.
- Execute end-to-end technical implementations across all HubSpot Hubs.
- Data Management & Integration:
- Plan and execute complex data migrations from other CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive) and platforms into HubSpot.
- Integrate HubSpot with other business-critical systems using native connectors, third-party middleware (e.g., Zapier, Make), and custom API-based solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, hygiene, and governance best practices are implemented and maintained.
- Plan and execute complex data migrations from other CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive) and platforms into HubSpot.
- Client Enablement & Support:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to client teams to ensure successful user adoption.
- Create clear technical documentation, guides, and handover materials.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor and subject matter expert for our clients, providing ongoing support and strategic guidance.

Required Skills & Experience (Must-Haves):
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in a HubSpot-focused technical or implementation role, preferably within a HubSpot Partner agency or consultancy environment.
- Expert-level proficiency across the full HubSpot platform: Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations, and Content Hubs at the Enterprise level.

- HubSpot Service Hub
- HubSpot Sales Hub
- HubSpot Marketing Hub
- HubSpot Operations Hub
- HubSpot Content Hub
- HubSpot Service Hub
- Proven experience planning and managing complex data migrations and CRM implementations.
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing, sales operations, and customer service principles.
- Exceptional client-facing skills: ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A meticulous, analytical, and problem-solving mindset with a high attention to detail.
Desirable Skills & Experience (Nice-to-Haves):
- Experience with the HubSpot API and custom integrations.
- Proficiency with programmable automation in Operations Hub (JavaScript).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and HubL for web and email customisation.
- Experience with other CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, ClickUp).
- Experience working with clients in specific verticals such as [e.g., B2B SaaS, Financial Services, Education].
