Scope:
- Operate in a back-office capacity with no direct patient or attorney communication
- Collaborate primarily with the clinic’s administrative team
- Adhere to established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for productivity and efficiency
- Potential for role expansion based on performance and clinic needs
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (US Mountain Time), with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks into the clinic’s specialized system
- Save and upload medical records, ensuring proper organization and accessibility
- Download, rename, and manage files according to established protocols
- Generate scheduling sheets for clinic operations
- Create notes for patient referrals
- Collect and analyze patient data not automatically generated by the clinic’s portal
- Produce reports for the clinic director as needed
- Manage general administrative tasks to support clinic operations
Requirements:
- Proficiency in data entry and file management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling sensitive information
- Ability to learn and efficiently use new software systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with medical terminology and healthcare administration preferred
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality practices
