You’ll be the creative force behind compelling paid media campaigns that drive real results for premium B2B clients. This isn’t about churning out generic ads – you’ll craft strategic visual stories that resonate with high-value audiences across LinkedIn and Meta platforms. Client Overview:

A premium digital marketing agency specializing in high-ticket B2B clients across various industries. They work with sophisticated brands that demand exceptional creative quality and strategic thinking. The agency is in a growth phase with imminent project launches and expanding client relationships.

Schedule:

  • 20h per week - flexible within Mon to Fri - 9am - 5:30pm GMT
  • Client Timezone: Not specified

Responsibilities:

  • Design high-converting static graphics for LinkedIn and Meta advertising campaigns
  • Create original visual assets from scratch using Adobe Creative Suite and AI design tools
  • Transform existing client materials into optimized ad creatives that drive performance
  • Edit videos when required to support comprehensive campaign strategies
  • Collaborate with team members to interpret creative briefs and campaign objectives
  • Deliver polished design work within specified turnaround times
  • Adapt designs based on performance data and client feedback
  • Maintain brand consistency across multiple premium client accounts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience with a focus on digital marketing or advertising
  • Senior-level expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Proven experience with AI design tools and modern creative software
  • Strong portfolio showcasing paid media creative work and campaign results (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
  • Ability to create both static graphics and edit videos effectively
  • Experience working independently with creative briefs and client requirements
  • Bonus if you have experience with high-ticket B2B brands or premium market segments
  • It helps if you understand social media advertising best practices and conversion optimization
