Role Overview
The client is seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to support outbound and inbound sales activities for the Australian market. This is a fully remote, flexible role, ideal for expats with a strong understanding of Australian business culture and native-level Australian English communication skills.
The role covers the 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Perth (AWST) shift, making it suitable for candidates based offshore who can align with Australian evening hours.
You will be responsible for engaging prospects, qualifying leads, closing sales, and delivering a professional, consultative sales experience that reflects SpeedFit’s premium brand.

- Shift: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Perth / AWST)

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Present SpeedFit products and services clearly, confidently, and persuasively
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Follow up on warm leads and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
- Close sales and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
- Handle objections professionally and with confidence
- Provide feedback to management on lead quality, customer insights, and sales trends
- Represent the SpeedFit brand with professionalism and integrity at all times
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, or business development (B2C or B2B)
- Native-level Australian English (accent, tone, and phrasing must sound Australian)
- Strong phone presence with excellent persuasion and rapport-building skills
- Experience selling to Australian customers is highly preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Confident using CRM systems, dialers, and common sales tools
- Strong time management and self-discipline
