Job Description: You’ll play an essential role in maintaining organized systems and ensuring regulatory compliance for a dynamic finance company. This position offers the perfect blend of administrative expertise and language skills, where your ability to read Chinese documents will be highly valued. You’ll work independently on important document processing tasks while supporting the operational backbone of an international financial services business.
Responsibilities:
- Organize customer documents into structured digital folders and filing systems
- Prepare documentation to meet regulatory compliance requirements in the remittance industry
- Handle invoicing processes and data collection using Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
- Process batches of customer documentation (typically 10+ documents per customer interaction)
- Maintain organized online filing systems for business operations
- Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
- Work with financial documents requiring Chinese language comprehension
- Ensure all filing meets industry regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Must be able to read simplified Chinese documents (essential requirement)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with document filing and administrative processes
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and computer setup for remote work
- Bonus if you have experience in financial services or regulatory environments
