Working directly with the co-founders to bring creative projects to life, this is your opportunity to showcase your skills across multiple marketing disciplines while contributing to diverse client campaigns. Client Overview

The client is a well-established marketing agency that has been successfully operating for six years, specializing in content creation, social media, and web development. This growing agency has reached a pivotal expansion point and is now strategically building their team to scale operations and serve their diverse client base.

Schedule

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST, with 1 hour unpaid break (24 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging social media content using design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Execute graphic design projects using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for client campaigns
  • Perform video editing tasks using Premiere Pro when required for content projects
  • Make website updates and content changes through WordPress backend for client sites
  • Update and modify email marketing campaigns (EDMs) in HubSpot platform
  • Handle quick turnaround requests for content modifications and client updates
  • Support web development team with basic website maintenance and content tasks
  • Provide responsive marketing support to co-founders during travel and remote work periods

Requirements

  • Medium to high level of experience in marketing and design (not entry-level)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
  • Strong skills in Canva for social media content creation
  • Video editing experience with Premiere Pro
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress backend for content updates and modifications
  • Familiarity with HubSpot platform for email marketing management
  • Strong English communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Bonus: Shopify experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with quick turnaround times
