Marketing Assistant

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm with 1 hour unpaid break | Australian Eastern Time

Core Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day marketing operations and administrative tasks
  • Assist with marketing activities, including data checks and preparation
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, ensuring contacts, deals and marketing records are up to date
  • Assist with CRM administration, including:
    • Monthly contact clean-ups and resets
    • Regular data backups (contacts, deals and marketing assets)
    • Management of database and email marketing platform
  • Assist with operational and process support, including:
    • Cleaning up inactive or outdated CRM information
    • Maintaining systems and workflows
  • Support marketing performance tracking, ensuring data consistency and accuracy including social platforms (LinkedIn and Google Analytics)
  • Seek opportunities to grow database particularly via LinkedIn tactics without compromising reach
  • Follow established processes and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Provide general cross-functional support
  • Co-support monthly marketing reporting, including preparation and validation
  • Assist with marketing analytics, ensuring accuracy across reporting outputs
  • Work together to maintain CRM data integrity related to marketing and reporting
  • Co-support website maintenance and updates, including:
    • Updating forms
    • Refreshing landing pages
    • Maintaining content pages
  • Assist with digital content accuracy, ensuring website information remains current
  • Support internal linking and basic SEO hygiene

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems (Preferably HubSpot or Monday.com)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and websites CMS (preferably WordPress)
  • Confident working collaboratively and following established systems

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
