Role Overview:
We’re seeking a talented and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to manage our website design, social media presence, and Google Ads campaigns. This role combines creative design with marketing strategy, requiring both development and design skills. If you have a knack for building visually appealing websites, creating engaging social media content, and running high-performing Google Ads, we want to hear from you!
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Central Time Zone (40 work hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Website Design & Maintenance: Develop, design, and maintain the company website. Ensure it’s user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for SEO.
- Social Media Management & Content Creation: Create and schedule eye-catching, engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). Design visuals and posts that align with our brand.
- Google Ads Campaigns: Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance tracking.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance data from web traffic, social media metrics, and Google Ads to drive actionable insights and optimizations.
- Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall strategy and goals.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in website development (WordPress, HTML/CSS, or similar platforms).
- Experience with social media design (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) and managing content calendars.
- Solid understanding of Google Ads (search, display, retargeting) and digital marketing analytics.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design, aesthetics, and user experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- 3-5 years of overall profesional experience.
- Experience with SEO best practices and tools.
- Background in e-commerce marketing or brand strategy.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

- This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
