Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to manage financial records for our auto body and mechanic shop operations, as well as support newly licensed retail operations. The ideal candidate is experienced with QuickBooks, comfortable working independently, and committed to accuracy and financial organization.

We are a full-service automotive company in Las Vegas, providing auto body repair, mechanical services, vehicle rentals, and logistics support. Our team is dedicated to delivering reliable, professional, and high-quality service to our clients while maintaining smooth operations across multiple business areas.
Schedule:
- 30 hours a week Mon-Friday PST 9:00 am to 3 pm

Key Responsibilities
- Manage QuickBooks accounts for body shop, mechanic, and retail operations
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and on time
- Reconcile monthly financial statements and records
- Track financial data to support business operations and reporting
- Assist with bookkeeping for newly licensed retail operations
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with financial procedures
- Support ad hoc financial tasks as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in small business or automotive/retail operations
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting
- Reliable and organized

- This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
