B2B Sales Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a driven and resilient B2B Sales Representative to lead cold outreach efforts within the commercial inspection industry. This role is focused exclusively on prospecting and engaging cold leads—including banks, insurance companies, and commercial real estate stakeholders—with the goal of converting them into qualified meetings for the founder. 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST Time with a 1-hour unpaid break (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold outreach to potential clients (banks, insurance companies, commercial real estate stakeholders)
  • Warm up cold leads through initial pitches and relationship building
  • Handle objections and answer questions about commercial inspection services
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the founder with interested prospects
  • Make a high volume of phone calls per day to reach target prospects
  • Follow up on leads and maintain prospect pipeline


Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in services or commercial sectors
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle rejection professionally
  • Experience with cold calling and lead qualification
  • Motivated by commission-based compensation structure
  • Ability to work independently and manage high call volumes
  • Understanding that sales success requires persistence through objections and hang-ups


Scope:

  • Focus exclusively on cold leads (warm leads handled by founder)
  • Target market: Banks, insurance companies, and commercial real estate stakeholders
  • Goal: Convert cold prospects into qualified meetings for founder
  • Commission structure in addition to base pay
  • Extensive training provided on the niche inspection industry

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
