Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and resilient Outbound Sales Specialist to support lead generation efforts within the automotive and tire industry. This role is focused on high-volume outbound calling, qualifying prospects, and booking online demos with the Director of Business Development.
The ideal candidate thrives in a performance-based environment, is comfortable making 100–200 calls per day, and can confidently engage decision-makers across Canada, the United States, and Europe. Success in this role requires persistence, strong communication skills, attention to detail in tracking data, and the ability to follow structured scripts and processes. Bilingual French-English capability is strongly preferred, particularly for outreach in Quebec.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time (40 hours per week with 1 hour unpaid break)

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls per day to car dealerships, tire retailers, and automotive service centers
- Qualify prospects by asking standard questions about their tire storage operations and current processes
- Book qualified online demos with the Director of Business Development
- Follow the provided scripts and standard operating procedures for all prospect interactions
- Maintain daily call reports and tracking in Excel spreadsheets (with potential CRM transition)
- Conduct follow-up calls and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
- Target prospects across multiple markets, including Canada, the US, and European countries
- Communicate with French-speaking prospects in Quebec when applicable
- Source and build prospect lists using provided guidelines and industry knowledge
- Achieve the target of 10-15 qualified contacts per day, leading to demo bookings
Requirements:
- Previous experience in outbound calling and cold calling roles
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence through high-volume calling
- Bilingual capabilities in French and English
- Experience with Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting
- Strong communication skills for international calling
- Ability to learn and understand automotive/tire industry terminology
- Discipline to consistently make high volumes of calls daily
- Experience in B2B sales or lead generation preferred
- Comfortable with a remote work setup and a reliable internet connection
