Job Overview

Our client is looking for a confident and client-focused Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients. This role requires strong communication, leadership in meetings, and the ability to manage client expectations while coordinating internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery. The ideal candidate has experience in influencer marketing, thrives in client-facing environments, and demonstrates professionalism in presentations and strategic discussions. You will play a key role in client retention, satisfaction, and account growth within a fast-paced remote startup culture.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Manage client expectations and serve as the primary point of contact
• Conduct and lead client meetings and presentations
• Input, update, and maintain accurate data in CRM systems
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure project success
• Monitor campaign performance and provide client updates
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Support account growth, retention, and upsell initiatives

Requirements

• Exceptional client-facing communication skills
• Previous experience in influencer marketing (strongly preferred)
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new industry concepts
• Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot (preferred)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Professional presentation and meeting facilitation abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with strong client service orientation
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
