Role Overview:

We are looking for a forward-thinking AI-Powered Food Visual Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our social media presence, primarily focused on crafting high-converting ad visuals.

The ideal candidate isn’t just a "designer"—you are a digital artist who knows how to leverage AI-driven creation tools alongside traditional editing software to produce mouth-watering, scroll-stopping content at scale. While your main focus will be static imagery, a well-rounded skill set in video and general motion graphics will make you a standout candidate.

Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (US Central Time, 40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and iterate on high-performing static ad images for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Firefly, or specialized AI platforms) to generate assets, expand backgrounds, or enhance food photography.
• Retouch and manipulate raw food photography to ensure every dish looks its absolute best (color correction, compositing, and styling).
• Ensure all visual output aligns with our brand’s voice, aesthetic, and quality standards.
• Assist in basic video editing (Reels/Shorts) and general graphic design needs (menus, banners, or email headers).

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record of using generative AI tools to streamline workflows.
• A keen eye for food styling, lighting, and composition. =
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, taking a concept from a prompt/sketch to a polished ad quickly.
• You stay on top of the latest AI trends and creative tech to keep our brand ahead of the competition.

Bonus Points:

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Experience with motion graphics or "stop-motion" style video edits.
• Previous work with food brands, restaurants, or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods).

Side Note:

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
