Job Description
You’ll join a fast-growing e-commerce marketing agency where your design skills directly impact client success and revenue growth. Responsibilities

• Create high-converting e-commerce designs focused on conversion rate optimization
• Design email marketing campaigns and promotional materials for various e-commerce brands
• Develop advertising creatives for digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Edit videos for advertising content and promotional materials
• Build and implement approved designs directly in Klaviyo email marketing platform
• Set up Klaviyo campaigns and automated email flows for client accounts
• Communicate directly with clients and schedule design deliverables independently
• Utilize AI design tools to maximize efficiency and output quality

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce design with focus on conversion rate optimization
• Strong portfolio demonstrating email design and digital advertising creative work
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo platform including campaigns and automated flows
• Video editing capabilities for advertising content creation
• Proficiency with AI design tools for enhanced productivity
• Ability to work independently and manage client communications professionally
• Strong responsiveness and reliability during designated working hours
• Bonus if you have experience with project management tools like Asana or Slack
