Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing communication with creators via email and platform messaging
- Review and approve creator content submissions to ensure quality and brand alignment
- Monitor creator deadlines and send reminders to ensure timely delivery
- Manage creator schedules and coordinate campaign timelines
- Conduct spreadsheet analysis, including creating pivot tables to analyze campaign data
- Research and analyze information using tools such as ChatGPT when requested
- Provide occasional client-facing support as needed
- Handle administrative tasks to support internal team operations
- Troubleshoot creator-related issues independently and provide effective solutions
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable with self-directed work in a startup environment
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software and data analysis (including pivot tables)
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive initiative
- Ability to learn new software and platforms quickly
Qualifications
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (Preferred)
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools (Preferred)

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
