Job Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist to join a growth-oriented team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing SEO strategies, managing Google Shopping and PPC campaigns, and providing data-driven insights to improve performance. You will also collaborate with internal teams and communicate directly with English-speaking clients, so strong communication skills are essential. Schedule

Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM UK Time, with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and keyword research
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO initiatives
- Monitor website performance and implement optimization strategies
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
- Support and manage Google PPC and Google Shopping campaigns
- Optimize product feeds and performance through Google Merchant Center
- Allocate and manage budgets to maximize sales, revenue, and ROI
Reporting & Strategy
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights
- Analyze campaign data and recommend strategic improvements
- Track key metrics and continuously optimize campaigns
Client & Team Collaboration
- Communicate with UK-based teams and clients via audio and video calls
- Coordinate with internal teams across different regions
- Provide clear updates, insights, and recommendations
Requirements
Experience & Technical Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO and/or Google Shopping Ads (required)
- Strong experience with Google Merchant Center
- Proven experience managing Google PPC campaigns
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis
Communication & Soft Skills
- Professional verbal and written English communication skills
- Confident in client-facing roles, including video and audio meetings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Facebook Ads or other paid social platforms
- Background in e-commerce or retail marketing
- Experience working with international or UK-based clients
