Job Description:
You’ll be the organized force behind beautiful custom bridal orders, ensuring every bride’s vision becomes reality. This role combines your administrative expertise with your passion for fashion, allowing you to work in the exciting bridal industry while managing the complete order lifecycle from initial inquiry to fulfillment. You’ll work independently in a supportive remote environment, handling email-based customer communications and ensuring seamless order processing.
Client Overview:
A boutique bridal fashion company in Sydney specializing in custom wedding dresses and personalized bridal wear. They work directly with brides to create dream dresses with custom colors, sizes, and unique modifications. Every order is a chance to be part of someone’s most special day.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (Australian Eastern Time, 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Process customer emails for custom dress orders, specifications, and inquiries
- Research the company catalog to determine accurate pricing for custom modifications
- Create detailed invoices using QuickBooks and process payments through Stripe
- Manage complete order tracking and workflow using Monday.com
- Coordinate custom dress specifications, including colors, sizes, and special requests
- Maintain an organized order management system from inquiry through completion
- Handle payment processing and acceptance for custom bridal orders
- Ensure accurate communication of customization options and pricing to customers
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of administrative experience with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Monday.com for project and order management
- Experience with Gmail, QuickBooks, and Stripe payment systems
- Excellent English communication skills for customer correspondence
- Genuine passion and interest in bridal fashion and the wedding industry
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bonus if you have experience in fashion retail or custom order processing
- It helps if you’re familiar with bridal terminology and wedding dress styles
