They work exclusively with established law firms that have dedicated budgets for lead generation services, making conversations more productive and meaningful. The company has evolved from contractor services to focus on the higher-value legal vertical, working with decision-makers who can make $15,000-$20,000 purchasing decisions.
Job Description: You’ll be the first point of contact in building relationships with decision-makers at medium-sized law firms, directly contributing to the growth of both the legal practices you serve and our expanding business. This role offers the chance to develop expertise in the legal industry while honing your appointment-setting skills in a results-driven environment. You’ll work with a curated database of qualified prospects who already understand the value of lead generation, making your conversations more strategic and less about convincing and more about connecting the right solutions to established needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to personal injury and motor vehicle accident law firms across 20+ states
- Navigate through gatekeepers to reach decision-makers responsible for lead generation purchasing decisions
- Perform basic qualification of prospects to ensure they meet target criteria (medium-sized firms with 10-200 employees)
- Schedule appointments and meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and prospect information in Go High Level CRM and Airtable systems
- Follow provided scripts and talking points while adapting to individual prospect needs
- Achieve minimum performance targets of 10 scheduled appointments per week once fully ramped
- Work within specified calling hours to reach prospects during business hours across multiple time zones
- Quickly learn industry-specific terminology and vernacular for personal injury law
- Handle rejection professionally while maintaining persistence in a high-volume calling environment
Requirements: You bring proven experience in B2B cold calling and appointment setting, with a track record of breaking through gatekeepers to reach decision-makers. Strong English communication skills with a clear, professional phone presence are essential. You’re comfortable making 80-150 calls per day manually and can handle rejection while maintaining persistence. Experience with CRM platforms and basic computer systems like Excel/Google Sheets is required. You’re self-motivated with strong time management skills for remote work. Bonus if you have experience in the legal industry or working with professional services firms. It helps if you’re familiar with Go High Level or similar CRM systems.
