Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Paid Ads Specialist with deep expertise in both Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns. You will be responsible for managing campaigns end-to-end — from keyword research and creative development to performance analysis and ongoing optimization.
This role requires someone who is both analytical and creative, capable of troubleshooting underperforming campaigns, developing new strategies, and clearly communicating insights. You will collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives and drive measurable ROI.

Responsibilities
Google Ads Campaign Management
- Assemble and organize campaign assets and set up campaigns within Google Ads
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify targeting opportunities
- Create and manage campaigns including ad copy, creative assets, bidding strategies, and budget allocation
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI
- Apply conversion optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Google advertising
Meta Ads & Multi-Channel Advertising
- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns within Meta Ads Manager across various campaign types
- Develop advertising strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and other paid channels
- Test audiences, creatives, and messaging to improve performance
- Troubleshoot campaigns and develop new approaches when performance declines
- Align campaigns with broader marketing strategies
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze campaign data and generate insights using Google Analytics, platform reporting tools, and spreadsheets
- Prepare performance reports and communicate results clearly to stakeholders
- Track conversions and user behavior to refine targeting strategies
- Maintain performance dashboards and reporting workflows
Creative & Strategic Support
- Create or collaborate on ad creatives including images and short-form video content
- Apply a strong design eye to ensure ads are visually engaging and high-converting
- Support campaign strategy development and testing initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign management
- Strong proficiency with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager, including knowledge on performance tracking such as (e.g., Meta pixel, CAPI, Google ads pixel, etc.)
- Portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data
- Experience with keyword research and conversion optimization
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize underperforming campaigns
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain strategy clearly
- Experience using reporting tools such as Google Sheets or analytics platforms
- Bonus if there is experience leveraging AI platforms to scale management/optimization of ad campaigns.
