AU Property Sales Representative

Job Overview:

You’ll be the driving force behind connecting investors with their next profitable property acquisition. This isn’t just about taking orders – you’ll own the entire sales journey from initial contact through deal closure. You’ll work with warm, qualified leads from established referral networks, giving you a significant head start in building relationships and closing deals.

In addition to closing deals, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s referral network by building relationships with industry partners such as accountants, financial planners, and real estate agents across Australia. This role requires a highly motivated, career-driven sales professional who is confident handling both inbound and outbound opportunities and is passionate about long-term growth within a high-performance environment.


Client Overview:

A growing Melbourne-based property investment company that specializes in house and land packages for savvy investors. They work with established referral networks and leverage social media to connect clients with high-quality investment opportunities. The company focuses on helping clients build wealth through strategic property acquisitions in Australia’s thriving real estate market.


Schedule:

Flexible start between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM during business hours, Australian Eastern Time (Melbourne) (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound warm leads from referral networks and social media channels with the goal of converting interest into qualified investment opportunities

Conduct outbound calls to both warm and cold prospects to build a strong and consistent sales pipeline

Achieve a minimum 30% conversion rate on fresh warm leads by:
• Successfully connecting with prospective clients
• Establishing rapport and professionally introducing the company’s services
• Gathering key client information using the provided questionnaire and qualification framework
• Coordinating introductions to the Senior Mortgage Broker or Property Specialist for further consultation

Follow up consistently with prospects who do not initially respond via phone, email, or other communication channels using professional and well-presented messaging

Cold call referral partners across Australia including accountants, financial planners, mortgage brokers, and real estate professionals to establish strategic partnerships

Schedule meetings between qualified referral partners and the company director, with a target KPI of 5 booked appointments per week

Research and source appropriate house and land packages tailored to individual client investment goals

Identify suitable land options and match them with optimal house designs aligned with financial objectives

Present compelling investment proposals that align with client goals and financial strategy

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions using CRM systems

Collaborate with internal team members during initial training and ongoing coaching to develop market knowledge and refine sales strategies

Demonstrate persistence and professionalism when handling objections and nurturing long-term client relationships

Maintain flexible availability to accommodate client scheduling preferences, including occasional evening calls if required

Meet or exceed performance targets, including 1–2 closed sales per 20-hour work period


Requirements:

3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, property investment, financial services, or a related industry

Proven track record of success in phone-based sales including both inbound and outbound prospecting

Experience working within the Australian real estate or property investment market is strongly preferred

Strong objection-handling skills with the ability to remain persistent, confident, and professional

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive client relationships

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while consistently meeting performance targets

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls to prospects and referral partners

Experience using CRM systems and strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Strong research and analytical skills to identify suitable property investment opportunities

Basic marketing knowledge or understanding of lead generation strategies is an advantage

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-up activities

Enthusiastic about learning new skills, improving existing abilities, and contributing to company growth

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection and are responsible for managing their own taxes and statutory contributions.
