Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive cold calling campaigns to generate qualified real estate leads
- Develop and send targeted cold emails and text messages to potential property sellers
- Implement multi-channel outreach strategies to warm up prospects before phone contact
- Book high-quality appointments with strong prospect commitment and excellent show-up rates
- Handle objections professionally and convert inquiries into committed prospects ready to move forward
- Maintain detailed CRM records and notes for all prospect interactions and follow-ups
- Follow up persistently through various communication channels while maintaining professionalism
- Collaborate with the closing team by providing comprehensive prospect background and interaction history
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a strong preference for a real estate background
- Excellent communication skills and a confident phone presence that builds rapport quickly
- Persistent personality that handles rejection professionally and maintains motivation
- Experience with cold calling, appointment setting, and multi-touch outreach campaigns
- Knowledge of real estate sales processes, terminology, and market dynamics
- Strong organizational skills for lead tracking and CRM management
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment
Qualifications
- Experience with real estate investment or distressed property acquisition (Preferred)
- Familiarity with sales dialers, CRM systems, and lead generation tools (Preferred)
