Responsibilities
- Manage Airbnb or holiday let bookings including receiving reservations, processing confirmations, and coordinating with cleaning staff.
- Monitor and respond to email correspondence related to property business, filtering and managing incoming communications.

- Make outbound calls to local councils regarding council tax matters, discounts, and property-related administrative issues.
- Book travel arrangements including flights, airport parking, car rentals, and personal trip planning.
- Conduct virtual assistant duties for guest communications, responding to inquiries and managing tenant-related correspondence.
- Process payments on behalf of the client for property and travel-related expenses.
- Provide availability for communication during client driving time to discuss emails, priorities, and answer questions verbally.
Must-Have Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience managing email inboxes and guest correspondence.
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls to handle administrative matters such as tax inquiries and service coordination.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace including Google Sheets and standard office productivity tools.
Nice-To-Have Requirements
- Familiarity with UK council tax processes and property management administrative requirements.
- Experience managing Airbnb or holiday rental bookings and guest communications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
