Meta Ads Specialist
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Media Buyer to manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns for clients operating in sensitive verticals such as cannabis, pharma, alcohol, and mushrooms. This is a fully remote, client-facing role requiring strong analytical skills, compliance awareness, and hands-on expertise across Meta platforms.
Client Overview
The client works with brands in regulated and sensitive industries where compliance and performance are critical to success.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM California Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms
- Develop media plans and strategies aligned with client objectives
- Perform daily campaign monitoring and optimization
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights and recommendations
- Manage media buying for 10–15 client accounts simultaneously
- Ensure campaigns comply with Meta policies, particularly for sensitive industries
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience using Meta Ads Manager
- Strong proficiency in media planning and media strategy
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data
- Proven experience in media buying and campaign optimization
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setup
Qualifications
- Experience in cannabis marketing or a digital marketing agency (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (plus)
