Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Florida, USA Time) with a 1-hour unpaid break | 40 Hours Weekly

Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and guide them through policy setup.
- Assist with policy changes, applications, renewals, billing, and claims management.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Process customer accounts and file necessary documents.
- Build trust and strong relationships with customers through open communication.
- Meet annual cross-sale and referral goals.
- Handle complaints, resolve issues within required timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Adhere to communication standards, procedures, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage and retain customers.
Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Must be willing to work in a camera-on setting for the entire shift
- Proven customer support or client service experience with a track record of exceeding goals.
- Strong phone etiquette, active listening, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working on camera during shifts.
- Hardworking, teachable, and eager to improve skills continuously.
- Confident with technology, including computers, software, and phone systems.
