Job Description
You’ll play a crucial role in identifying and researching potential locations that could transform how businesses operate. Working with cutting-edge mapping technology and data analysis tools, you’ll be the detective who uncovers the perfect spots for game-changing logistics solutions. This is pure research work - no phone calls required - where your attention to detail and analytical skills will directly fuel business expansion across the UK market.
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) - Monday to Friday 9.30am - 6.30pm BST

Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential locations for installations using Google Maps and Google Street View across the UK
- Scout various location types including sports clubs (football, rugby, cricket), self-storage facilities, and community centers
- Assess location suitability based on specific criteria including 24⁄7 access requirements and parking availability
- Gather comprehensive contact information including phone numbers, emails, and decision-maker details
- Document findings with screenshots from Google Maps and Street View showing potential installation sites
- Input all research data into CRM systems or Excel spreadsheets with detailed notes and recommendations
- Evaluate accessibility factors such as gates, parking restrictions, and vehicle access requirements
- Create detailed notes about potential obstacles and recommendations for client discussions
Requirements
- Proven experience using Google Maps and Google Street View for research purposes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to assess locations against specific criteria
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Excel spreadsheets for data management
- Understanding of UK geography and familiarity with different types of commercial and community locations
- Excellent written communication skills for detailed note-taking and documentation
- Bonus if you have experience with data entry and maintaining organized records
- It helps if you’ve worked with UK-based businesses or understand local business landscapes
