CLIENT OVERVIEW Our client is a growing home remodeling company specializing in kitchen, bathroom, and flooring renovations. They are ready to scale from three jobs per month to double their sales this year and need a digital marketing expert to drive organic and paid social media growth that generates quality leads. SCHEDULE Part-Time, 20 hours per week ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Specialist who can take ownership of building a powerful online presence from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on consistency, understands the nuances of organic growth, and knows how to turn reels, reviews, and community engagement into real business results. You will be the digital voice of a hands-on remodeling team that relies on local visibility and trust to grow. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and grow the company's presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok with consistent, high-quality content Create engaging reels and posts using AI tools and client-provided project videos to showcase completed work Develop and execute organic social media strategies focused on lead generation and brand visibility Engage with online communities, respond to comments and inquiries promptly, and conduct outreach via direct messages Solicit and highlight customer reviews and testimonials to build credibility and trust Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy to maximize engagement and conversions Collaborate with the client to align messaging and campaigns with business goals MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS Proven experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for business growth Strong ability to create visual content including reels, graphics, and captions that drive engagement Experience with organic social media strategies and community management Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and brand voice consistency Self-starter with the ability to work independently and maintain a consistent posting schedule NICE-TO-HAVE REQUIREMENTS Experience using AI tools for content creation and copywriting Background in managing social media for home services, contractors, or local businesses Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager or other paid social advertising platforms Knowledge of basic SEO principles and Google My Business optimization
