Responsibilities

  • Conduct large-scale website research and data collection from ~1,500 colleges and universities
  • Extract contact information, emails, and logos from institutional websites with high accuracy
  • Send initial sponsorship inquiry emails to potential partners and companies
  • Manage and organize databases of prospects, contacts, and outreach activities
  • Support backend operations for athlete recruitment platform development
  • Handle email management and follow-up communications for business development
  • Perform research tasks to identify new sponsorship opportunities and prospects
  • Maintain organized file systems and data management for multiple business initiatives
  • Assist with general administrative duties to support daily operations

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate data collection
  • Experience with web research, data scraping, and information gathering
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional email outreach
  • Proficiency with standard office software and database management
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace for consistent productivity
  • Bonus: experience in sports industry, influencer marketing, or college athletics
  • Bonus: familiarity with CRM systems or lead management tools

Qualifications

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
