Appointment Setter

Job Description:

You’ll be the critical link between high-intent prospects and life-changing business coaching programs. As the appointment setter, you’ll manage a high-volume lead flow from multiple channels, qualifying prospects who are actively seeking business growth solutions and getting them scheduled for discovery calls. This role offers the unique opportunity to work flexible evening hours when prospects are most engaged, plus the potential to grow with the business as it scales. 

Client Overview:

A rapidly growing business coaching company that helps trades and home service business owners scale their operations and increase profitability. The company has cracked the code on lead generation with 40+ daily inquiries and a database of thousands of prospects, but needs support to convert this volume into scheduled appointments. This is a chance to be part of a business transformation as the company scales toward consistent $10K+ months. 

Schedule:

  • Wednesday to Sunday, 12pm to 8pm Central with a 30-minute paid break

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to 40+ daily Facebook Messenger inquiries from paid advertising campaigns
  • Qualify prospects through DM conversations and schedule discovery calls with business owners
  • Follow up with 7,500 prospects in Instantly who have sent out-of-office replies
  • Engage with social media leads who comment or like posts across platforms
  • Conduct light phone work for rescheduling no-show appointments
  • Maintain organized lead tracking and follow-up systems
  • Work flexible evening hours (6 PM–midnight Central) to capture peak prospect activity
  • Support business scaling efforts as lead volume continues to grow

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B outreach and lead qualification
  • Strong written communication skills for DM and email conversations
  • Comfortable with phone communication for rescheduling purposes
  • Experience with social media engagement and lead nurturing
  • Ability to work independently and manage high-volume lead flow
  • Bonus if you have familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
  • It helps if you have experience working with trades or home service businesses
