Join a growing regional finance brokerage in Australia as their Social Media Manager, where you’ll play a key role in building and strengthening their digital presence across major social platforms.  This role blends creative content creation with strategic paid advertising, allowing you to showcase both your artistic and analytical strengths. Responsibilities
  • Create engaging video content, including reels and short-form videos
  • Design and produce static image content and branded social media tiles
  • Schedule and publish content across Facebook and Instagram
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments and inquiries
  • Manage and respond to direct messages and customer questions
  • Develop and execute Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize paid advertising performance and budgets
  • Recommend and implement new content creation tools and scheduling software when beneficial
 
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns
  • Proficiency in video editing and content creation tools (e.g., CapCut or similar platforms)
  • Experience using social media scheduling and content management platforms
  • Strong understanding of social media engagement strategies and community management
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent written communication skills for captions and customer interactions
  • Ability to work independently and align with the client’s brand voice and preferences
  • Experience in finance or professional services is a plus
 
Side Note:
This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
