Lead Generation Specialist

Job Overview
Our client is seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to conduct high-volume outbound calls and book qualified appointments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound sales, confidently engages prospects, and consistently meets daily call and booking targets. You will be responsible for making 70–100 quality outbound calls per day, following up with email outreach, and scheduling video calls or coffee catch-ups with potential clients.
 
You will work from a provided contact database of approximately 8,000 provider leads, focusing on generating meaningful conversations that convert into qualified meetings for the in-house sales team.
 
Client Overview
Our client is a growing service-based business focused on building strong provider relationships through strategic outreach and appointment setting. Their goal is to create high-quality conversations that translate into qualified meetings and closed deals by the internal sales team.
 
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Philippine Time (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities
  • Conduct 70–100 outbound calls per day to generate and qualify leads
  • Send follow-up emails and secure meetings (video calls or in-person catch-ups)
  • Research and qualify prospects based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Build rapport and engage prospects to move them through the sales funnel
  • Identify high-potential leads and hand them over to the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and appointments in the CRM
  • Track and report on key performance metrics and activity levels
 
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, telemarketing, or outbound sales
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Confident phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound prospecting tools
  • Strong work ethic, persistence, and goal-driven mindset
 
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Number of daily outbound calls completed
  • Number of qualified meetings booked
  • Call-to-meeting conversion rate
  • Lead quality and CRM accuracy
  • Consistency in hitting weekly and monthly booking targets
 
Side Note:
This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
