Key Responsibilities

1. Live Operations Monitoring (CCTV)

  • Monitor live camera feeds for 6 restaurant locations during peak lunch and dinner rushes.
  • Identify operational issues (e.g., uniform compliance, cleanliness, speed of service).
  • Observe drive-through efficiency and customer service interactions.
  • Provide real-time alerts to restaurant teams via WhatsApp for any immediate concerns.

2. Data Retrieval & Reporting

  • Access proprietary platforms (Parapet and TeamKFC) to pull daily performance data.
  • Export and organize Excel/PDF reports for the management team.
  • Ensure reports are distributed daily with accuracy.
  • Develop a baseline understanding of the data to provide high-level highlights eventually.

3. Catering Sales & Outreach

  • Identify local organizations (schools, businesses, etc.) using Google Maps and provided lists.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via Gmail and WhatsApp to promote catering services.
  • Manage initial inquiries and hand off qualified, "warm" leads to the management team for final logistics and closing.

Requirements

  • Reliability: Absolute consistency is required for the split-shift schedule, including weekends.
  • Multitasking: Ability to maintain "eyes on" camera feeds while performing administrative and outreach tasks.
  • Communication: Clear, professional written English for both internal team messaging and external sales outreach.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with WhatsApp, Gmail, and basic Excel. Experience with restaurant POS or back-office portals is a significant advantage.
  • Proactive Mindset: Ability to work independently and identify issues before they become major problems.

Side Note
