Job Overview
As a Night Shift Logistics Coordinator, you will track drivers, provide wake-up calls, assist with delivery coordination, and keep brokers and customers informed of updates. Client Overview
Support a fast-paced logistics operation by monitoring drivers overnight, coordinating updates with brokers and customers, and ensuring smooth late-night and early-morning deliveries. This role plays a key part in maintaining communication, accuracy, and operational continuity during night shift hours.
Schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Monitor and track drivers during overnight routes
- Provide scheduled wake-up calls to drivers as required
- Communicate delivery updates to brokers and customers
- Assist drivers with late-night and early-morning delivery coordination
- Respond promptly to issues or delays and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of driver activity and delivery status
- Ensure smooth communication between drivers and stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination (preferred)
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Calm and professional communication style
- Ability to handle time-sensitive situations
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup
