Responsibilities
- Research and collect real estate agent information from publicly available online sources across specified suburbs
- Create organized, comprehensive files containing agent names, contact details, and office affiliations
- Gather accurate phone numbers and email addresses for targeted outreach campaigns
- Navigate and extract data from realestate.com, domain.com, rate my agent, and individual agency websites
- Structure collected information in formats optimized for bulk email and text messaging systems
- Maintain high accuracy standards and completeness across all data collection tasks
- Organize research by geographic areas to support targeted marketing efforts
- Adapt to evolving task requirements as business needs expand
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
- Proven experience with internet research and systematic data collection
- Comfort navigating multiple real estate websites and online directories simultaneously
