Job Overview
You will become the go-to contact research specialist for a U.S.-based client who needs to build a database of CEO and business owner contact information across thousands of companies. In this role, you'll receive a list of company names and websites, and your mission is straightforward but critical: identify the right decision-maker (CEO or owner), find their first name, and secure their direct email address using a combination of research techniques and email-finding tools. This isn't just data entry—you'll be making judgment calls when information is hard to find, applying specific rules the client will teach you (like when to pivot to a general sales email after 10 minutes of searching), and building a working relationship with the client as they train you on their preferred methods and nuances. You'll start with a trial period where the client will work closely with you to ensure you understand their process, with the potential to take on additional responsibilities if the partnership goes well. If you're someone who enjoys investigative research, can follow detailed processes, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency, this role offers the chance to become an essential part of the client's business development engine.
