Role Overview:
This role will support the client's sales pipeline by re-engaging existing leads, conducting outbound follow-up calls, setting appointments for licensed agents, and performing basic pre-qualification to ensure lead quality and optimize conversion rates.

The client operates in the life insurance and financial services sector, specializing in final expense insurance and indexed universal life (IUL) products.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST, with one hour of unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Place high volume outbound calls/dials daily to existing lead database for life insurance products (final expense and IUL policies)
- Re-engage previous leads, no-show appointments, and follow-up tagged contacts using the client's CRM system (Go High Level)
- Set qualified appointments for licensed insurance agents by following the provided scripts and call frameworks
- Conduct basic pre-qualification by asking scripted health and eligibility questions once training is complete
- Document all call outcomes, appointment details, and lead status updates accurately in the CRM
- Manage multiple phone numbers assigned for different geographic areas within the CRM dialing system
- Follow up with clients who missed scheduled appointments to reschedule or re-engage
- Communicate in both Spanish and English to effectively engage bilingual lead segments
- Maintain daily call activity logs and provide performance updates as requested
Requirements:
- Essential Qualifications & Experience
- English fluency, with clear verbal communication skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, appointment setting, or telephone-based sales support
- Demonstrated experience using CRM platforms (Go High Level experience is a strong advantage; experience with similar systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho is acceptable)
- Proven ability to make high-volume outbound calls while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Comfortable working with leads in the insurance, financial services, or similar regulated industries
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup with quality headset/microphone
- Behavioral & Situational Capabilities
- Ability to follow scripts precisely while adapting tone and approach based on lead responses
- Comfortable handling objections, rescheduling requests, and maintaining professional composure with unresponsive or difficult contacts
- Demonstrates persistence in re-engaging cold or aged leads without appearing aggressive
- Can clearly document call outcomes and lead information in real-time during conversations
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision after the initial training period
- Willingness to receive coaching and adjust approach based on performance feedback
- Capable of managing time effectively to achieve daily call volume targets within scheduled hours
- Neutral accent with clear enunciation to ensure professional client perception during calls
