Meta Ads Ecommerce Designer – Adobe & AI Tools

We’re looking for a high-level Graphic Designer to create scroll-stopping static ecommerce ads for Meta (Facebook + Instagram). This role is focused on performance creatives that drive clicks and sales.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm UK time (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Design high-converting static Meta ads (single image, carousel, story formats)
  • Create multiple variations quickly for testing (hooks, offers, layouts)
  • Turn creative direction into bold, clear, high-impact ad designs
  • Deliver organised files + exports in correct Meta dimensions

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience designing ecommerce ads (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
  • Strong understanding of direct response design (mobile-first, clear hierarchy, bold text, high contrast)
  • Ability to create truly scroll-stopping ad creatives
  • Fast output + ability to iterate based on performance feedback

Tools Required

Must be proficient in:

  • Adobe Photoshop (required)
  • Illustrator / Figma / Canva Pro

AI Tools (Mandatory)

Must be strong using AI tools such as:

  • Nano Banana
  • Midjourney / DALL·E / Firefly / Runway
  • Generative Fill, upscalers, AI background tools

Side Note

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
