Job Description
You’ll operate and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns that directly impact client growth and success with the support of senior specialists. This role offers excellent growth potential in the digital marketing space, with opportunities to expand your skills across multiple client accounts. You’ll work closely with experienced team members while taking ownership of campaign performance and contributing to client success stories.
Schedule: 20h per week - Mon-Fri 9am-1pm

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for multiple healthcare client accounts
- Handle Microsoft Ads campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for healthcare/dental markets
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting to clients
- Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements
- Potentially assist with Google Business Profile optimization projects as they expand
- Work exclusively on paid search campaigns (no social media or email marketing)
- Collaborate with team members to ensure campaign alignment with client goals
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in paid search advertising
- Google Ads certification required
- Experience with Microsoft Ads platform
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with campaign optimization
- Familiarity with campaign performance metrics and reporting
- Experience working with healthcare or professional service clients is a bonus
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
