Job Description
You’ll be the cruise expert that travel agents turn to when they need specialized knowledge and support. In this role, you’ll leverage your deep cruise industry experience to guide agents through complex bookings, answer detailed product questions, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You’ll work directly with a network of professional travel agents, providing the expertise they need to close deals and satisfy customers. Schedule: 8 hours per day, 12pm-8pm UK time

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert cruise guidance and support their UK-based travel agents via email
  • Assist with complex cruise bookings and reservations across multiple major cruise lines
  • Answer detailed cruise-related queries and provide comprehensive product knowledge support
  • Support agents with cruise repackaging services combining cruise, flight, and hotel components
  • Respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally during UK business hours
  • Help agents navigate cruise booking systems and industry best practices
  • Provide guidance on cruise line policies, procedures, and special requirements based on guidelines
  • Support agents with customer-specific cruise recommendations and solutions

Requirements

  • Cruise industry experience with product knowledge across multiple cruise lines or other similar experience is a must
  • Proven background in booking systems and reservation processes
  • Understanding of cruise repackaging including flight and hotel coordination
  • Excellent written communication skills for email-based customer support
  • Experience supporting travel agents or similar customer-facing roles
  • Bonus if you have experience with specific cruise line booking platforms
  • It helps if you have knowledge of travel industry compliance and regulations
