You'll join a growing financial services company at an exciting inflection point, helping business owners access better funding solutions while building your sales career. This role puts you at the center of a newly identified market opportunity where you can make genuine impact by connecting with businesses that could save substantial money through loan refinancing. You'll work with both warm inbound leads and pursue cold outreach in an underserved market with huge potential for success.
Schedule:
- 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Eastern Time (US)

Responsibilities:
- Follow up with inbound prospects who missed scheduled appointments (approximately 60 leads monthly from 100 total inquiries)
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify additional funding opportunities
- Conduct outbound cold calling to businesses with expensive SBA loans who could benefit from refinancing
- Contact qualified prospects from targeted lists of businesses eligible for loan refinancing programs
- Present refinancing opportunities that could save business owners thousands of dollars per month
- Build rapport with small and medium business owners to understand their funding needs
- Schedule appointments and qualify prospects for senior team members
- Track outreach activities and maintain accurate prospect records
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with professional phone presence
- Sales experience, specifically within the US market
- Ability to work US Eastern Time business hours consistently
- Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling
- Comfortable building rapport with business owners and decision makers
- Bonus if you have financial services or lending industry experience
- It helps if you're familiar with SBA loans or commercial financing
