Schedule

  • Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Perform bookkeeping functions for various entities using QuickBooks Online
  • Develop and produce financial and operational metrics for multiple entities
  • Implement and improve internal financial controls, policies, and processes to strengthen financial integrity and operational efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting tools and dashboards across entities
  • Lead preparation, consolidation, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements on a cash basis, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness (dependent on experience)
  • Support personal tax preparation and other ad hoc financial requests as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive financial analysis or accounting experience, ideally with US-based companies
  • Mastery of QuickBooks Online (mandatory)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced functions, scenario modeling)
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
  • High attention to detail, active listening skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated absolute integrity and a proactive, eager-to-learn mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the business owner

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Extensive experience using QuickBooks Online for US-based companies
  • Proven track record of implementing or improving financial dashboards, KPIs, and automated reporting systems
  • Strategic insight to enhance operational efficiency and financial transparency
