About the Role
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Lead Generation & CRM Management Specialist to support their sales team by building and managing lead lists for our Business Development Representatives (BDRs). This is a backend, non-calling role focused on prospect research, lead list creation, CRM organization, and data accuracy. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HubSpot and Apollo and understands how to maintain clean, structured sales data that drives outbound performance.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm MST, with one hour of unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Build targeted lead lists using HubSpot, Apollo, and other data sources
- Research and identify qualified prospects based on defined ICP criteria
- Enrich lead data (emails, job titles, company information, etc.)
- Upload, organize, and maintain records inside HubSpot
- Assign leads to BDRs based on territory, vertical, or campaign
- Maintain CRM hygiene (deduplication, tagging, updating records)
- Ensure lead lists are accurate, complete, and aligned with campaign goals
- Support outbound sales campaigns with timely list delivery
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience using HubSpot (CRM)
- Proven experience using Apollo.io for lead sourcing
- Experience creating and managing outbound lead lists
- Strong understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong written English skills
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting BDR or outbound sales teams
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
- Understanding of outbound sales workflows and campaign structure
What Success Looks Like
- BDRs receive clean, targeted, ready-to-work lead lists
- CRM data remains structured, organized, and up-to-date
- Lists are delivered on time and aligned with campaign objectives
- Minimal data errors, duplicates, or incomplete records

- This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
