Job Overview:
You’ll take ownership of the digital marketing strategy for a luxury real estate brokerage, helping showcase stunning properties in one of the most beautiful resort destinations in the country. This role is perfect for a marketing professional who thrives on taking initiative, loves real estate, and wants to make a direct impact on business growth. You’ll work closely with the broker-owner to develop campaigns that not only highlight premium listings but also build the company’s brand presence in a competitive luxury market.
Client Overview:
A boutique real estate brokerage specializing in luxury properties in a picturesque mountain resort town with skiing and year-round tourism. This growing company represents high-end listings in a unique market and is looking to expand its digital presence and marketing reach. The team values innovation and proactive thinking in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am to 6 am, Mountain Time (New Mexico), with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost visibility for luxury property listings and drive organic traffic
- Create and manage weekly email marketing campaigns targeting real estate professionals and past clients
- Launch and maintain newsletters combining local market insights with community highlights
- Optimize Zillow presence and implement advanced features like Zillow Showcase to maximize listing exposure
- Design marketing materials using Canva while maintaining established brand consistency and visual identity
- Research and recommend new digital marketing platforms and strategies to enhance property visibility
- Proactively identify marketing opportunities and present strategic recommendations for business growth
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on market response and engagement metrics
Requirements:
- Proven experience with SEO optimization and implementation for lead generation
- Strong background in email marketing campaign development, automation, and performance tracking
- Hands-on experience with the Zillow platform, listing optimization, and real estate marketing tools
- Proficiency in Canva for content creation and maintaining brand consistency
- Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and take initiative on projects
- Strong research skills for identifying new marketing opportunities and industry trends
- Bonus if you have real estate or property marketing experience
- It helps if you’re familiar with luxury market positioning and high-end client communication
