Job Description: You’ll be the operational backbone of a thriving real estate media company, ensuring every client deliverable meets exceptional standards before going out the door. This role offers the perfect blend of quality control, client coordination, and growth opportunities in a dynamic industry. You’ll work independently while supporting a team that values precision, speed, and excellence in everything they deliver.
Schedule: 50 hours per week; Monday-Saturday 8 AM to 5 PM (with 1-hour lunch, unpaid), plus Sunday 8-10 AM

Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control reviews on all videos and photos using established checklists and SOPs before client delivery
- Send completed work to clients through company software systems and manage delivery timelines
- Handle scheduling, rescheduling, and order management to prevent conflicts and ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and manage email and text communications between clients and management (no direct client interaction)
- Perform data input and management in Airtable to track projects and client information
- Execute social media management and DM outreach campaigns across multiple platforms
- Conduct cold outreach via email, text messages, and direct messages to support business development
- Review and send Sunday morning deliverables within tight 8-10 AM windows
- Respond to urgent client requests within 15-minute windows during all business hours
Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in quality control processes
- Strong punctuality and reliability with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Technologically proficient with quick adaptability to new software platforms
- Immediate availability during business hours with 15-minute response time capability
- Experience with administrative tasks, data management, and client coordination
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Bonus if you have experience with Airtable, social media management, or real estate industry knowledge
- It helps if you’re familiar with video/photo review processes or media production workflows
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
