Support a dynamic, natural dog treat company that’s scaling rapidly and needs organized, detail-oriented help to manage their growing operations. You’ll work with modern tools like Airtable and Asana while directly impacting business growth through streamlined data management.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Eastern Time (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry in Airtable database systems.
- Add and manage influencer contact information and outreach data.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date business information across all platforms
- Support general administrative tasks and daily operations.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Assist with workflow optimization and process improvements.
- Collaborate using Asana for project management and Slack for communication.
- Help streamline processes that support business scaling
Requirements:
- Proven experience with data entry and database management
- Proficiency with Airtable or similar database tools (Google Sheets experience translates well)
- Familiarity with Asana for project management workflows
- Experience using Slack for team communication
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Bonus if you have experience with influencer outreach or marketing databases
- It helps if you understand social media marketing workflows
