Role Overview
You will be part of a growing food production company that values clear communication and community support. This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual professional seeking a stable, remote career focused on helping others. Our client is seeking a highly organized, patient, and articulate Bilingual Customer Enrollment Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for English- and Spanish-speaking clients, guiding them through the enrollment process and ensuring a seamless experience. As a remote team member, you will be the voice of the company, balancing high-volume communication with meticulous administrative responsibilities.
Schedule: The shift will be scheduled within the window of 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Long Island City time (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the full enrollment journey, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
- Handle inbound inquiries and conduct outbound follow-up calls in both English and Spanish
- Answer questions regarding program details, company policies, and general requirements with clarity and patience
- Manage a high volume of emails and phone calls while updating internal databases accurately
- Act as an approachable and supportive resource, resolving issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Proven track record in customer service or enrollment-based roles
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
- High level of patience, empathy, and a people-first attitude
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using remote communication tools (VoIP phone systems, CRM software)
Side Note:
This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on performance during the application process.
