Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Dropship Reverse Logistics Coordinator to support the performance and continuous improvement of our Dropship program, with a primary focus on returns, damages, and reverse logistics.
This role is responsible for analysing returns and damages data to identify trends, root causes, and recurring issues across vendors, packaging, and freight providers. Insights will be consolidated and presented to key stakeholders to support decision-making and solution development.
In addition to its analytical focus, this role provides operational and fulfilment support when required, assisting vendors and the Dropship Operations Support team to maintain service standards and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyse returns and damages data to identify trends, recurring issues, and root causes across vendors, packaging, and freight providers
- Monitor reverse logistics performance, including return rates, damage rates, and failure points, highlighting risks or improvement opportunities
- Prepare clear summaries, reports, and actionable insights to support decision-making and solution development
- Investigate return and damage cases to determine contributing factors such as packaging standards, handling issues, freight profiles, or vendor processes
- Collaborate with vendors and freight providers to gather information and resolve returns, damages, or delivery failures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce returns, damages, and fulfilment costs
- Provide operational and fulfilment support when required, including responding to tickets and assisting with issue resolution
- Assist vendors and internal teams with reverse logistics or fulfilment queries
- Liaise with Customer Service and Operations teams to resolve customer-impacting issues
- Follow established operational, fulfilment, and data-handling processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and service standards
Requirements
- Must have a dual monitor setup or be willing to obtain one once hired
- Experience in an administrative, operational, or data-support role within retail, e-commerce, logistics, or dropship operations
- Experience analysing operational datasets (returns, damages, delivery outcomes) to identify patterns or issues
- Experience preparing reports, summaries, and actionable insights for stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must-have)
- High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and operational information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proactive, flexible, and willing to assist team members when required
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
