Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate contact records and segmentation
- Create, schedule, and monitor email campaigns
- Maintain and grow email lists, including tagging and automation workflows
- Update website content (basic edits, blog uploads, landing page updates)
- Assist with email marketing performance tracking and reporting
- Support general administrative and digital marketing tasks as needed
- Ensure data accuracy and proper system organization
Requirements
- Experience working with CRM platforms
- Knowledge of email marketing tools and campaign management
- Experience with website content updates (WordPress or similar platforms preferred)
- Experience with Canva
- Understanding of email list segmentation and automation
- Professional written English communication skills
