Schedule:
- Sundays to Thursdays, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Israel time zone), including a 30-minute unpaid break

Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Process and book invoices into the Poyoti accounting system
- Generate monthly invoices based on provided Excel spreadsheets
- Handle multilingual documentation using translation tools (English and Hebrew)
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Submit work according to predetermined schedules
- Process transactions according to established workflows
Requirements:
- Strong accounting and bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work with Hebrew language materials using translation tools
- Experience with accounting software platforms - QuickBooks is a must
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and follow structured processes
- Comfortable working with international teams
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel
